В связи с участившимися авариями зданий с массовым пребыванием людей, требуется непрерывный мониторинг технического состояния. В статье рассматривается методика мониторинга на всех стадиях существования здания: проектировки, строительства, ввода в действие и эксплуатации. Система мониторинга предусматривает инструментальные непрерывные измерения параметров отдельных конструкций и здания в целом.

SYSTEM FOR MONITORING THE STATUS OF LOAD BEARING STRUCTURES IN REAL TIME
With the view of frequent accidents in heavily trafficked buildings, continuous monitoring of buildings’ technical condition becomes a matter of primary concern. The paper provides an overview of the monitoring method used at all stages of a building life cycle: design, construction, commission and operation. The monitoring system provides for instrumentation-based continuous parameter measurements both for individual structures and a building taken as a whole.
